Lesser and greater key on Lenovo X220 with Linux

My Lenovo X220 (nowadays runs Fedora) has a keyboard without “>” and “<" keys, which are often used in bash shell. After look for a solution and don’t find one that fits in my taste so after a playing a while I shared what keyboard combination is ok for me:

  • Press Shift + Alt + “Z” and you’ll get < (lesser)
  • Press Shift + Alt + “X” and you’ll get > (greater)
